By purchasing a commission from me you agree with the following points:•You CANNOT use the commission for business or profitable purposes•You CANNOT resell nor redistribute any artwork you commission from me•You CANNOT remove the watermark/signature from the drawing•You CANNOT modify or edit the drawing after you recieved it without my consent•All payment is made through PayPal invoices in USD.•I will start the commission only after the total price has been paid•The prices of the commissions can rise due complexity•I have the right to deny your commission•Please include a description and visible references. The more info the better, poses, clothes, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. It can be your own sketch too!•I will send you wips in the first stages of the drawing (sketch, lineart, flats) for you to give me feedback.•Once the commission is finished, you will receive a full HD version of the drawing via any email address you provide me with•I might use your commission to promote myself or for portfolio material, but I won’t claim any character displayed as mine. If you’re not okay with this, please let me know•I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.•If you post the commission somewhere, please link it back to any of my social media pages•You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you can not alter the artwork itself.•The commissioner has the right to print a copy of their commission for personal use only.REVISIONS & EDITS
Minor changes are fine, big ones will cost extra, that's why I ask you to be extremely clear from the start. I will ask for confirmation accordingly when I send out the final product. As conformity with the final piece is confirmed there won't be further changes.
